Discover the alpine skiing area of La Clusaz

With 5 interlinked massifs, each with their own character, La Clusaz is one giant playground.  You can vary the fun as you follow the line of the sun from the Etale massif to the Balme massif.

The area peaks at 2600m altitude and has one of the biggest vertical drops of over 1500m descent with the added bonus of outstanding views!  Over the 84 slopes there are 125kms of descent all linked by a top-class ski lift network to allow you to easily access the centre of the village on skis.

La Clusaz / Manigod ski area

La Clusaz is a highly diverse domain with an enormous choice of snow sports and terrains available that attracts a wide range of visitors.  Size is not what counts here, variety and vertical drop are the keys.  There are so many adjectives to describe the terrain; fun, gentle, steep, intense, bumpy, smooth, wide open spaces, winding tracks through the forest and all in an exquisite alpine atmosphere.  The domain is spread out over 125km* for a total of 84 slopes of which 7 are black, 29 are red, 30 are blue and 18 are green, and a total 15,000m of vertical difference.

The resort peaks at 2600m with a maximum vertical descent of 1600m.  You can easily ski between the 5 interlinked massifs using the 49 state-of-the-art ski lifts.  You only need a maximum of 3 ski lift rides to reach the tops and access the longest descents.
