Spacious and bright independent chalet, located on the heights of La Clusaz with a magnificent panorama of the mountains. Quiet area. Quality services. Southern exposure. Shuttle stop at 100m. 1st station at 1.5km (Balme). Center of the village at 3km. Ideal summer and winter. Maximum capacity: 11 people.
Independent chalet of 130m² (+ 15m² attic) arranged on 2 levels, offering a magnificent view of the mountains. Southern exposure, quiet area.
Ground floor (parking level): entrance hall with cupboard, large living room with kitchen open to living room - dining room, bay window giving access to terrace and balcony, television. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, laundry room/ski room with washing machine and dryer, electric shoe dryer (can be used as an entrance to the chalet).
Upstairs: bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x200cm, television), bedroom 3 (2 bunk beds 90x190cm + 1 90x190cm, balcony), bedroom 4 (2 twin beds 90x200cm), relaxation room/bedroom 5 (sofa bed 130x190cm, television) , bathroom (shower), separate wc.
Sheets provided, towels for hire. Private parking including 2 covered spaces. Internet access by wifi. Animal accepted with supplement on request (additional deposit requested).
Terrace facing the mountains, balconies, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue.
Possibility of recharging an electric vehicle with supplement (terms according to vehicle, see with the owner).
Center of the village (shops, services, swimming pool). Skiing: Balme area 1.5km, cross-country 2km. Le Bossonnet lifts at 2.5km. Shuttle and skibus stop 100m away. Confins Lake 2.5km. Le Grand-Bornand 8.5km. Thones 15km. Lake Annecy 28km, Annecy 34km. -10% for a stay of 3 weeks and more.
