Kitchen opening onto living room (flat screen TV, double sofa bed), access to south-facing terrace (BBQ, outdoor furniture) and garden. 2 bedrooms (2 single beds) (double bed), bathroom, separate WC. Utility room. Bed linen provided. Parking, single garage. Central heating. 10% reduction for stays of 3 weeks. La Clusaz ski areas 500m, cross-country skiing 3km. Free shuttle 400m. Many hiking/riding trails nearby. Lake des Confins (fishing) 3km. Centre of resort, all shops and activities 1.5km.
