Lake Site classified by ministerial decree Domaine du Conservatoire de l'Espace Littoral Nature Reserve
The reserve occupies part of the Roc de Chere, small forested mountain range above lake Annecy, between Menthon-Saint-Bernard and Talloires. It offers beautiful walks and points of view on the lake and the surrounding mountains.

Immersion into the daily life of Bernard, the alpine pasture farmer and of his goats, who are all taking up residence in their summer quarters at a 1640 metres of altitude. After a medium level hike (910m of height difference) enjoy the exceptional panorama over lake Annecy.

Lake Domaine du Conservatoire de l'Espace Littoral
On the west bank of the lake, the reed beds and marshes are protected under three prefectoral decrees issued in favour of biotope preservation (Natura 2000 sites of La Cluse du Lac). The protected areas fall within the territory of Saint-Jorioz.

Lake Mountain
Lac de Lessy is an alpine lake situated at 1950m high in the village of Glieres Val de Borne (Petit-Bornand-les-Glieres), in the Aravis mountains (Haute-Savoie). Access is only by foot and not recommended in winter season
