The track follows a full circuit through the heart of the forest from the Confins plateau passing through Saint-Jean-de-Sixt and Le Grand Bornand. A great way to get back to nature and switch off.
After the Merle road, the route climbs quickly transforming into a forest path and then a single-track to the Crèvetout farm.
Despite a small difficulty at the start of the course, this cross-country route is intended for beginners to occasional mountain bikers.
This trail allowing you to experience the longest route in La Clusaz with a vertical drop that goes from 1 864 metres down to 1 090 metres.
Situated at altitude of 1690 m, the trail can be reached in just 10 minutes thanks to the Beauregard gondola lift. The track is closed this season for work. The track will be modified for next year.
A very varied course which will lead you from the Crêt du Merle to the Danay (with a loop) while passing by the lake of Confins with an alternation of descents and climbs, forests and fields, with a sight on the Aravis mountains.
From the Col de la Croix-Fry, the route follows the 4x4 track going up to the Beauregard plateau, a hilly track with a steady climb from the beginning.
Between pastures and forests, an enjoyable route crossing valleys and forest edges. Finish the route with a series of forest paths and small roads.
The itinerary begins with a descending 4 X 4 track (beware of the stones on the track) then hilly to the Col de la Croix-Fry.
