This trail allowing you to experience the longest route in La Clusaz with a vertical drop that goes from 1 864 metres down to 1 090 metres.
A very varied course which will lead you from the Crêt du Merle to the Danay (with a loop) while passing by the lake of Confins with an alternation of descents and climbs, forests and fields, with a sight on the Aravis mountains.

From the Col de la Croix-Fry, the route follows the 4x4 track going up to the Beauregard plateau, a hilly track with a steady climb from the beginning.
The Ecotagnes track is a long and varied descent to La Clusaz.
The track exploits and plays to the maximum with the natural movements of the ground and alternates between technical portions with slope and relaunch and pedalling portions.

The 2700 metre-long high speed trail, known as La Grenêche, covers a vertical drop of 400 metres and has endless thrills and excitement in store for riders.
The itinerary begins with a descending 4 X 4 track (beware of the stones on the track) then hilly to the Col de la Croix-Fry.
